An Open Letter to Mission Builders...

Hey-I'm Spencer. I write about bivocational calling and I help pastors & Evangelicals grow sustainable ministry initiatives.

A. Spencer Koulchar, Missionpath Founder

I have a hunch that the Gospel has impacted you in some way. I know it has changed me... It's called me to live up to the potential God created for me.

That's why I'm convinced you are passionate about using your time, talents, and treasure to serve God and, hopefully, make a meaningful impact on others' lives.

After all, it's no accident that you're reading this. And it's possible that you're being called to vocational ministry in some capacity. Perhaps starting a parachurch ministry is what God is calling you to do.

My name is Spencer. I've been advising church and ministry leaders since 2014. I started serving ministries with a specialty focus on insurance, financial, and risk management services for ministries and nonprofit organizations.

Over 10 years of consulting, I noticed an unsettling trend: most small and startup ministries struggle to survive, let alone thrive.

They face financial challenges, organizational strain, and a lack of resources, which hinders their ability to create a sustainable impact.

Not only have I observed ministry teams carry these burdens, but I have also experienced these challenges firsthand when I began the process of starting my very own ministry.

Every personal lesson, hour of research, and hundreds of private conversations have led me to create The Missionpath Newsletter. I'm convinced that thousands of faithful disciples haven't stepped out in faith or followed God's call to vocational ministry because of the extreme roadblocks to launching a parachurch ministry.

With the frameworks I've developed from years of consulting with mission-driven founders and teams, folks have a step-by-step plan to go from having a conceptual vision of their ministry to bringing it to fruition.

Your ministry story matters because you were created with a divine purpose. You were created for "such a time as this." You can take a step of faith with peace and confidence, making an eternal impact with the Gospel.
